A La Carte Services: There are no refunds for a la carte based services (i.e Press Releases). Once the service has been provided, the payment is final.
1-on-1 Coaching Service: Coaching is provided on a monthly basis and there are no refunds. You can however cancel any time as there are no contracts.
Custom Solutions Service: Consulting services require a non-refundable up-front retainer. All other fees are refunded on a case by case basis and are dependent on the signed agreement between Ask InfoMedia and its Client as well as the progress of the consulting project.
Weekly Coaching Webinar: There are are no refunds for your current billing cycle and you can cancel at any time. You will continue to have access to the Weekly Coaching Webinar for the duration of the current billing cycle after which point you will no longer have access. If you subscribed to the weekly webinar via a free trial offer and you cancel prior to the end of the trial period, you will not be billed when the trial period is up.
Web-based Courses, Information Products, and Reports: All information products come with a 100%, no questions asked, 30 Day Money Back Guarantee unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions: There are are no refunds for your current billing cycle. Regardless of when you cancel a subscription, you will have access to the content via the Client Dashboard for the duration of your current billing cycle. If you subscribed via a free trial offer and you cancel prior to the end of the trial period, you will not be billed when the trial is up. In the event a subscription program has a Money Back Guarantee Period, a 100% no questions asked refund will be given.
Software as Service (SaaS): If you are paying monthly, there are no refunds for your current month of service. If you prepaid for a 3, 6, 9, or 12 month block of service, we will provide you with a prorated refund equal to the number of months you paid minus the number of months you used (including your current month). In the event the SaaS has a Money Back Guarantee Period, a 100% no questions asked refund will be given.
